Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service or forfeiture of the session for members.
Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If arrival is significantly delayed, the appointment may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
All appointments require a valid card on file. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Out of respect for our time and other clients, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings.
